West Virginia University, coming off a big win over Baylor, hopes to continue Big 12 success this weekend in a battle with Texas.

During a news conference Tuesday, Mountaineers Coach Dana Holgorsen talked about Saturday’s game with the Longhorns. Coverage of the new conference can be viewed in the player below beginning at noon.

WVU, ranked 12th in the latest poll by The Associated Press, is 6-1. The Mountaineers defeated Baylor 58-14 Thursday to help ease the sting of the team’s first loss of the year when it was defeated Oct. 13 by Iowa State.

Meanwhile, Texas is 6-2 and is coming off a 38-35 loss over the weekend to Oklahoma State.

Kickoff for the WVU-Texas game is 3:30 p.m. in Austin, Texas.
