SAN ANTONIO - The teenager who had his “Make America Great Again” cap stolen in the now viral video got his cap back Friday.

Hunter Richard, 16, sent us pictures of the hat that the San Antonio Police Department returned to him. He posed in front of the Whataburger where the cap was stolen.

The man in the video who took the cap, Kino Jimenez, is now facing charges. We went by his house Friday afternoon to get his side of the story. We knocked, but he didn't come to the door. Someone inside did take pictures of our crew there, but didn't respond to us. If he will agree to tell us his side of this, we will bring it to you here.

In the video, you can see a man throw a drink in Hunter's face before leaving the restaurant with his hat. Hunter said some of his hair was pulled during the assault.

The Trump Administration says President Trump will sign the hat for Hunter.
