Man arrested after accused of making threat against WVU, city spokesman says

    A man was arrested after he was accused of making a threat toward West Virginia University while he was in the hospital.

    Clarence Wright, 50, was arrested by Monongalia County deputies once he was released from Fairmont General Hospital, a spokesman for the city of Morgantown said Monday.

    The hospital notified Morgantown police about the threat and they notified WVU.

    Wright is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $7,500 surety/cash bond.
