Police: Huntington man who intended to distribute $4,000 worth of heroin arrested

A Huntington man was recently arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy in Wayne County.

Kenova police said in a Facebook post Joseph Patterson III was arrested after police conducted a drug investigation and intercepted $4,000 worth of heroin intended to be distributed in Wayne County.

Police said more arrests are pending.

Patterson is currently out on bond after being arrested by the Milton Police Department on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, police said.
