Shaun Majumder Featured on Cedric The Entertainer Presents 
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, Shaun Majumder began his career on the stages of the famous Second City and other comedy clubs across the country. Since moving to Los Angeles a few years ago, he has booked appearances on the "Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn" and has racked up feature film credits in "Ladies Man," "Pushing Tin" and "Purpose."Majumder has performed in comedy clubs throughout the US and Canada. He was a member of the famous sketch comedy group The Bob Room. His clever and unique style of comedy earned him his own one-hour comedy special on cable called "On the Edge with Shaun Majumder," which was nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Comedy Performance. His second Gemini nomination was for "The Halifax Comedy Festival," the third highest rated television program in Canada last year. In 2002, he received the Canadian Comedy Award for his stand-up act. This summer, Majumder joins the prestigious list of comedians to perform at the world renowned Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Majumder currently resides in Los Angeles.
