Police responded to the Kanawha Memorial Garden Cemetery in Glasgow Thursday afternoon after they said a package of methamphetamine was delivered there.

Officers said when they arrived, the FedEx box had already been opened and it contained 3 pounds of meth.

“First I've ever come across, but I'm sure it's not unusual. I'm sure it's going through the mail all the time. This is just the first one I’ve ever had to deal with,” Glasgow Police Chief Dan Settle said.

One person was arrested, but his name has not been released at this time. Officers said they are continuing to investigate.
