Kanawha Sheriff's Office to conduct DUI checkpoint near Belle

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office and the Governor's Highway Safety Program will be conducting a DUI checkpoint Saturday.

The high visibility sobriety checkpoint will be conducted Saturday from 7 p.m. to midnight on U.S Route 60 near Belle.

Kanawha County Sheriff's Office said it has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to impaired driving. They conduct random checkpoints and patrols to target impaired drivers in Kanawha County.
