No charges filed after child found alone in Charleston street

Police in Charleston are investigating after a 1-year-old child was found wandering alone in a Charleston street. (MGN Online)

No charges have been filed after a 4-year-old child was found wandering alone in a Charleston street late Friday night, according to Charleston police.

Police said the child was unharmed and was found on Hunt Avenue and Kanawha Boulevard West at about 11:30 p.m. Friday by two men passing through the area.

CPS has been notified.
